We are looking for a technical Solution Consultant with fluent German language in our Solution Consulting team to join us on this exciting journey!
Your mission- Collaborate with our sales team to build a winning strategy for new clients
- Participate across the sales lifecycle by acquiring strategic accounts
- Develop innovative sales tools and system integrations
- Run discovery workshops with customers to identify current challenges in their supply chain
- Participate in industry events, including speaking engagements.
- Showcase the product for both standard and tailored solutions to our prospects and existing clients, manage the demo environments and improve the data used
- Build innovative technical tools to enforce value selling
- Help complete prospect bids and tenders such as requests for information, quotation and proposals (RFx) together with sales and product teams
- Create and manage the master document for all RFIs (application, technical, IT security, and commercial questions)
- Engage with existing customers to compile information on their business and technical requirements, determine their needs and architect appropriate solutions alongside our customer success team
- Ensure cross-departmental collaboration, refine and improve our unique selling position
- Stay up to date with product developments and releases, create additional training materials for key clients, manage demo environments and improve the data used
- Travel and attend on-site customer meetings and trade shows as needed
- Technical Master degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical/software/consulting sales or presales roles
- Proficiency in value selling and conducting customer-facing workshops
- Ability to work with multiple teams (Sales, Partnership, CSM )
- Familiar with SQL, JavaScript, Angular, Kotlin, or Python
- Experience with SaaS and Restful APIs integrations
- A willingness to learn new technologies
- Proven proactive approach to independent work
- Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills
- Active listening abilities to comprehend customer needs and offer valuable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in native-level German and professional-level English
- Valid work permit for Germany

- An extensive compensation package
