Exiger helps governments and companies surface and mitigate their supply chain, customer and third-party risk exposures which, undetected, present critical threats to the safety and well-being of their most valuable assets.
As a Solutions Architect, you will help our customers solve their most challenging problems within their risk and compliance programs across third-party and supply chain risk management through your expertise and knowledge of Exiger's full suite of software and technology-enabled services. Your work will focus on identifying and creating the right set of solutions from Exiger's platform portfolio to meet the client's unique problem statement, and presenting and positioning the strength and benefits of that solution to the customer throughout the commercial process, working with the Exiger Commercial sales team to drive opportunities through the sales process.
In your role, you will be on the front line regularly meeting with our customers, taking ownership of creating and performing tailored demonstrations of Exiger's platform solutions aligned to each client's individual requirements. You will have deep-rooted domain expertise across Exiger's full software suite and be able to fully understand the challenges our customers face in their risk management programs and position the benefits our platform brings to their operations accordingly.
In your mission-critical work, you will be responsible for extending our platform-focused value proposition through the entire sales process from initial demos, through to running end-to-end proof of concepts and proof of value assessment exercises.
We are looking for collaborative team players who are passionate about our mission to make the world a safer place to do business. You will also interact with Exiger's Product and Innovation teams to provide input based on client and market feedback for consideration into our future platform product roadmap.
