MISSIONS :
Le Technicien Maintenance est garant du bon fonctionnement des équipements. Il réalise les interventions de premiers niveaux sur le bâtiment. Il reporte au Superviseur Maintenance.
RESPONSABILITÉS / T CHES
- Analyser les pannes et la mise en place d'actions correctives
- Assurer le dépannage et l'entretien de systèmes automatisés et des autres moyens de production
- Contacter les supports techniques si besoin (hotline constructeur, etc.)
- Réaliser la maintenance préventive en fonction des préconisations constructeur
- Réalisation et mise en place des demandes d'Intervention des services généraux
- Intervenir sur les dysfonctionnements bâtiment identifiés et remonter les problématiques à la hiérarchie maintenance
- Réalisation suivant les procédures en place des contrôles hebdomadaires réguliers
- Gérer le stock de pièces détachées
- Accueillir les prestataires de maintenance et remonter toutes les anomalies lors de leurs interventions
- Assister techniquement les Responsables d'Atelier ou les opérateurs
- Aider à la formation du personnel
- Présenter les spécificités techniques aux utilisateurs et les accompagner dans la prise en main de l'équipement
- Participer avec les Services Opérationnels à l'amélioration de la productivité des postes
- Participer à des groupes de travail
