We're looking for aSub-Agent to join our NaturalResources team, on our Severn Trent water framework working fromsite at Wanlip, Leicestershire.

Contract: Permanent, FullTime - flexible and part time hours may be available if desired,just let us know
What will you be responsiblefor?
As a Sub-Agent, you'll be working withinthe Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, supporting themby managing the operational resources (people, and physicalassets) in order to implement the plan for the assigned projectsafely, on time and to the required quality while maximisingcustomers' satisfaction and the grossprofit.
Your day to day will include:
- Support the implementation andmonitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies andprocedures, and Health & Safety policies and procedures inaccordance with Kier's other H&S related policies andprocedures.
- Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chainresources are accurately recorded, as well as managing DALUX(Quality Handover Portal) to ensure documents mirror what has beendelivered on site.
- Support with work relating to financial forecasts,forecast reviews, final cost & value review with CommercialTeam and promote cross division working with other memberswithin the LHA to create a one-team ethos.
- Implement and monitor day-to-dayactivities (Short Interval Control), in line with mainprogramme and ensure works are delivered in accordance with thespecification and escalate where expectations are notmet.
- Management andmonitoring of Sub-Contractor performance and delivery and managethe site engineers and Section Engineer and ensure suitable andsufficient quality assurance reporting and daily monitoring iscarried out.

- Relevant qualification (Managementqualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
- Chartered with ICE or workingtowards
- Proven track record in successfully managing a projectand people
- Be commercially aware.
