bluewaveSELECT have been retained by a global organisation to engage with the right SuccessFactors Integration Lead to support with a global SuccessFactors implementation with a global company.
Job Role Details:
- Work on the SuccessFactors implementation as the SuccessFactors Integration Lead.
- Support scoping and design as well as build, test, and deploy.
- Lead integrations workshops with internal teams.
- Travel as required to customer sites in the UK and internationally.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure the solution is correctly designed as per the requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience as an Integration Lead.
- Experience on SuccessFactors programmes.
- Experience with Mulesoft.
- Excellent stakeholder management and must be able to effectively lead workshops with international teams.
