Industrial engineer (Manufacturing Improvement Lead)

In your role as an Industrial Engineer, you will work as a Change Agent on improvement on equipment performance. The job is to be a "catalyst for change", using IWS complex problem solving to drive and coach equipment MTBF, scrap and cost to serve improvement. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a significant role in the execution of operational excellence and establishes a high level of networking to ensure coaching and further factory improvements.

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Use IWS complex problem solving to drive and coach equipment MTBF, scrap and cost to serve improvement

- Ensures Root Cause Analysis and insight generation

- Drive business change - Business change management, Program development & design

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering

- 5+ years of experience in Production roles in IWS environment (AM/PM and Complex Problem Solving)

- Knowledge of internal manufacturing, FMCG would be a benefit

- Significant change management experience

- Understanding of improvement tools as SIXSIGMA, Kaizen, 5S

- Ability to work cross functionally with Senior Leaders and stakeholders

- Track record in leading IWS complex problem solving and Best practice roll out

- Eager to analyse and inspired by maximizing value

- Fluent in English
