Supply Chain Specialist - Pharma

Supply Chain Specialist - Pharma vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Developing detailed production plans for various steps in alignment with the master production schedule, considering plant capacity and efficiency
• Reviewing and adjusting the master production schedule, finalizing plans with production teams, and coordinating with logistics for timely product shipment
• Managing work orders in the ERP system and ensuring production plans align with quality release requirements for expedited releases
• Supporting clinical product introductions, geographic expansions, and special packaging or repackaging requests
• Analyzing and reporting supply chain metrics, including MPS adherence, plant capacity, and inventory management
• Leading continuous improvement projects and participating in change management initiatives within the supply chain

Your experience/knowledge:

• 4+ years of senior-level experience in supply chain or relevant roles with strong MRP/ERP/JDE systems
• Extensive experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing with a solid understanding of cGMP requirements
• Expertise in supply planning for multiple complex product lines with excellent project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
• University degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent field
• Language skills: English and French - fluent
