Support Worker
Gosport
£23,264 per annum pro rata
Part time hours available (up to 38hours per week)
Driver with a full UK Manuel driving license is essential for this role. Candidates are also required to drive Manuel service vehicles.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Gosport, supporting female adults who have physical disabilities, mobility issues, complex needs and Autism. They require 2:1 support daily with sleep in shift as well as days. No two days are the same but your day might look like this!

Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
Supporting the management of our people's finances.
Keeping our people's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
