Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner - Business (Maternity Cover) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment initiatives globally, utilizing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, negotiation, and offer extension.
  2. Utilize diverse sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  3. Assess candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with organizational values and requirements.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
  5. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  6. Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  7. Maintain accurate candidate records and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in business-related or executive roles.
  3. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top professionals.
  4. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  5. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
