JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for working with Greystar business leaders across assigned functions to support and execute effective talent acquisition strategies that enable the successful achievement of our business goals. The role is responsible for sourcing top talent, contributing to talent attraction initiatives and managing recruitment processes to meet current and future staffing requirements, alongside ensuring that Greystar is competitively positioned as an employer of choice.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Support and execute talent acquisition strategy for assigned functions across the UK & Europe.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the UK & Europe corporate and asset execution business; building strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to deliver exceptional recruitment support.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from the initial manager in-take meeting through to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers in the assessment and selection of talent to ensure business needs are met, and provide guidance and influence to ensure effective selection decisions.
  • Drive a direct resourcing strategy, through developing and maintaining sources for qualified candidates by advertising via job boards, leading headhunting campaigns, attending industry events, promoting the team member referral program, and establishing networks in professional and industry organisations.
  • Promote and manage a positive and effective candidate experience and communicate as appropriate with candidates, hiring managers and wider stakeholders on the status of recruitment processes.
  • Educate hiring managers on Greystar's hiring practices, local legal requirements and talent acquisition systems and processes.
  • Contribute to, and for specific projects lead on, talent attraction and recruitment initiatives, such as employer branding, external events and ongoing process improvement.
  • Proactively influence and support increasing diversity of talent through delivery of general and specific attraction activities and initiatives.
  • Drive and maintain competitive, efficient and cost-effective recruitment KPIs and metrics.
  • Manage the ATS system (Workday), and internal dashboards and trackers, to ensure efficient recruitment and onboarding processes alongside accurate data capture.
  • Ensures compliance with local and regional employment regulations and legal requirements as well as all related aspects of GDPR.
  • Produces regular recruitment activity reports/dashboards for stakeholders and leaders.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of current recruitment and selection practices and understanding of trends in candidate sourcing and attraction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), in addition to familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday).
  • CIPD (or equivalent) qualification preferred.

Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience in managing high-volume recruitment and/or talent acquisition activities across a range of disciplines (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Legal etc).
  • Experience in leading recruitment processes from end-to-end, including conducting thorough and creative direct sourcing strategies, and managing commercial and effective interview and selection processes.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, with the ability to drive and influence outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness with sound judgement and robust decision making.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail. Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines as they occur.
  • High focus on attention to detail and delivering an excellent quality of work.
  • Creative problem solver when presented with complex issues, with the initiative to explore new ideas and ways of working to achieve results.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and to work collaboratively as a positive team player to drive results and support the wider people & culture function and business objectives.

Desirable:

  • Financial services or real estate sector experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an international environment.
  • Fluency in French, German, Dutch or Spanish.
