ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Talent Partner. Reporting to the People Manager, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization and support our ambitious growth goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
- Actively source the most relevant profiles on dedicated platforms and networks using innovative strategies to attract candidates (Europe, USA);
- Act as a business partner to train, guide, and advise hiring managers on all talent acquisition initiatives;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates and communities;
- Participate in developing our employer brand to attract top talent;
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress and performance;
- Continuously improve the talent acquisition process with innovative ideas and actionable feedback;
- Offer insights on compensation and benefits to support decision-making.
People & Culture:
- Ensure an excellent employee experience throughout the Kili journey (onboarding, operations, offboarding):
- Starting with redefining the onboarding process with innovative approaches to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported.
- Contribute to the development of career paths and other talent development initiatives (training, mentoring, coaching, etc.).
- Support the People Manager in driving and executing employee performance and culture strategies.
Personal Growth and Development:
Your manager is committed to helping you grow across diverse HR topics, including payroll, social law, and other areas that inspire you. This role provides the opportunity to expand your expertise in talent acquisition and beyond.
ABOUT YOU
- You have at least a 1st proven experience in Tech and Business recruitment;
- You have worked in a multicultural environment and appreciate international diversity;
- You excel in sourcing hidden profiles through creative strategies;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to establish contact with solicited profiles on a daily basis;
- You are highly organized and can manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;
- You are curious about HR initiatives and eager to propose and implement improvements;
- You are a high-energy doer, quick thinker, and an excellent team player;
- You understand the critical role of talent acquisition and development in sustainable company growth;
