Job Description

• Academic Background: bachelor?s degree in finance / Accounting / Business Administration or same discipline.
• Related Work Experience (Type and years): Minimum 15 years experience, preferably 4 years in Taxation in E&P business.
• This position is responsible for assisting the Team Leader in effectively operating the Tax Function for Company through activities such as streamlining the internal processes; conducting research and developing tax accounting strategies that influence the decisions of the Parent and Subsidiary Companies.
• Reviews the tax implications / planning of New Ventures.
• Oversees the maintenance and regular update on the master calendar for ALL monthly, Quarterly, Annual, periodical tax filings, renewals and payments and initiate and complete the process as per cut off dates.
• Oversees the updates of Tax reports ? Monthly, Quarterly - and manages the release of reports on a timely basis.
