Your new role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Full-Time Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and committed to creating a positive learning environment for our young learners. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum. Your role will involve creating a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil participation and engagement. You will assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to both pupils and parents. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to support pupils with diverse learning needs. Collaboration with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school community is also an important part of the role.
Requirements to succeed in your new role:- Teaching Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience teaching at the primary school level
- Classroom Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, create a positive learning environment, and handle diverse student needs.
- Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to various learning styles.
