Job Description
We're recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a reputable, thriving brand with plenty of progression opportunities. If successful, you will join the aftersales team and provide administrative assistance to the technical support team.
Key Responsibilities for a Technical Administrator:
- Support the technical team, answering and directing calls to ensure the response time is within agreed SLA
- Accurately logging conversation notes to a helpdesk case
- Ensure new model and product manuals are ordered and auto-issued to the network of customers
- Maintain and update the communication system with the customers
- Create purchase orders and invoice requests as required by the department
Essential Skills for a Technical Administrator:
- Previous administrative or technical experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer Focused
- Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
