Technical Data Analyst

Location: Bucharest or Spain

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Technical Data Analyst with a passion for data-driven insights and problem-solving. In this role, you will analyze business processes, uncover data patterns, and provide recommendations that shape business decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work directly with clients and end-users, and drive the adoption of data insights across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct data analysis to understand business performance, identify patterns, root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with users, clients, data scientists, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver advanced analytics solutions.
• Process Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities for data automation, streamlining reporting, and improving processes for scalability.
• Data Visualization: Utilize tools like Python, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights; present findings to stakeholders and support implementation plans.
• Solution Ownership: Independently manage deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output. Act on user feedback to continually improve data solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years in business analysis, data analytics, and insights generation

• Intermediate or Expert Python skills
• Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills for solution development.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to present complex data insights and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in deploying machine learning and data science solutions.

Preferred Certifications

• Project management certifications such as PMI or Agile are a plus.
