Your Impact

Development and implementation of a forward-looking technology roadmap for our main product Le Petit Chef and other projects.
Planning, execution, and monitoring of installation and event projects in various international locations, including procurement and logistics.
Introduction and optimization of standards for technical installations, including troubleshooting strategies.
Participation in installations (e.g., video projectors), site measurements, and coordination with clients.
Building, training, and motivating the technical team. Responsibility for selecting and developing new team members.
Monitoring deployed technologies (AV systems, image/video projection, network infrastructure).
Ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
Contributing to the development of a globally operating company.

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training in event technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification. A degree in one of these fields is a plus.
Several years of professional experience in a leading technical management role, ideally in event, AV, or installation technology.
In-depth knowledge of AV technology, video projection, and installation methods. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical systems.
Competence in resource planning, budget monitoring, and process management.
Strong leadership skills, teamwork, a hands-on mentality, and excellent communication skills to inspire clients and partners.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Willingness to travel.
Class B driver's license.
