Your mission

As our Technical Solution Consultant at Prewave, you will:

• Collaborate with our sales team to build a winning strategy for new clients.
• Manage the demo environments and improve the data used.
• Learn and maintain current knowledge of how to configure and use Prewave.
• Run technical workshops with customers to design integration processes.
• Help complete prospect bids and tenders such as requests for information, quotation, and proposals (RFx) together with sales and product teams.
• Engage with existing customers to compile information on their business and technical requirements, determine their needs, and architect appropriate solutions alongside our customer success team.
• Ensure cross-departmental collaboration, refine and improve our unique selling position.
• Stay up to date with product developments and releases, create additional training materials for key clients, manage demo environments, and improve the data used.
• Be a subject matter expert who can provide valuable sales insights and/or solution expertise to account executives, solutions consulting colleagues, and others.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to help increase the pace and size of sales transactions and adoption of Prewave solutions as we scale to address our market opportunity.

Your profile

• Technical Master's degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical/software/consulting sales or presales roles.
• Ability to work with multiple teams (Sales, Partnership, CSM).
• Familiar with SQL, Javascript, Angular, Kotlin, or Python.
• Experience with SaaS and Restful APIs integrations.
• A willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proven proactive approach to independent work.
• Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Active listening abilities to comprehend customer needs and offer valuable solutions.
• Native German language and professional-level English.
• Valid work permit for Austria.

• Experience working with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
• Ability to work with customers and partners to execute an implementation plan towards a rapid, successful go-live.
• Highly motivated and energetic team player with a craving for action and a 'can do' attitude towards work; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, and supply chains.

What we offer you

• An extensive compensation package: We are offering an attractive compensation package that consists of a base salary and a performance-based bonus. The minimum OTE (on-target-earning), which is the projected salary (base + bonus), for this role is EUR 50.000 gross a year. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and experience.
