Your Role:
- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to support seamless facility operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Manage and monitor the performance of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and building automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
