Our client are a large, well-known FM provider operating on a global scale. They are hiring Technical Supervisors to oversee M&E maintenance and repairs for a government contract in London. This is a 4 on 4 off shift role including days and nights.
Your new role
As Technical Supervisor, you will ensure all equipment and services are kept in working order and functioning safely. You will be responsible for a team of engineers, including day engineers & shift engineers, as well ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met. You will ensure all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date, prioritising statutory and mandatory tasks, whilst also ensuring reactive works are carried out as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in a supervisory role where you have led engineers. You will require a strong technical background with on-tools experience. You will also require:
- C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 Electrical or equivalent (Level 3 Electrical)
- Level 3 Mechanical + electrical knowledge and experience is acceptable
- 18th edition
- IOSH Managing Safely
- HVAP experience and understanding is essential
- HVAP qualification or training is desirable
- Data centre or other critical environment experience is desirable
- This role requires SC & DV clearance which you will need to pass (can start role whilst in process on another contract)
When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a large, well-known FM provider on a prestigious contract in London. You will also receive:
- £53,400 salary + £5,300 shift allowance (£58,700 take home)
- 25 days leave + bank holidays
