Job Description

We are now looking for an ongoing temp in our sales department for a PA/Administrator to our Sales Director.

Client Details

A well known client in the Norwich area.

Description

1 day a week covering reception 9-5.30pm

Supporting the Sales Director with:-

Preparing board reports

Sales Rotas'

Training reports and training matrix for the team

Assisting the Sales Manager to produce reports

View Director's calendar and report to director on meetings/calendar availability

Booking meetings/meeting rooms/lunches/team briefing events

Attending sales meeting and taking notes for action logs

Attending the office same days a week as Sales Director - possibility of working at home 1 or 2 days a week at home once established.

Other related administration as needed and possibly covering some of the Sales Administrator role when she is off.
