Threat Intelligence Consultant - 6 months - Hybrid - Inside IR35

A global automotive company with offices in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Threat Intelligence Consultant for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

The role is signed off inside IR35. As a key member of the Threat Intelligence (TI) function, you will help strengthen the use of intelligence to provide actionable insights and predictive analysis. Your work will support effective operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce clear and concise threat intelligence reports at the operational and tactical levels.
• Utilise threat intelligence tooling and open-source tools to help produce intelligence documents such as Daily Horizon Scanning, Threat Actor Profiles, Threat Hunting Intelligence Reports.
• Write Intelligence-Led Threat Hunting reports containing Indicators of Compromise, and Indicators of Attack, as well as Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
• Support the Corporate Security & Incident Management Team with intelligence request during Real Time investigations,

What you Will Ideally Bring:

• Experienced in producing Threat Assessments at the Operational, and Tactical levels; and also, being able to present to variety of audiences.
• Experienced in undertaking advanced OSINT searches to combine with Closed-source material.
• Experience and skills in research and using different analytical techniques to produce intelligence reports.
• Knowledge of the Mitre ATT&CK Framework
• Threat Intelligence tools - Mandiant/Recorded Future/CrowdStrike Falcon/Anomali/ThreatConnect
• Open source Tools - MISP/OpenCTI/YARA/TheHive/Cortex/Zeek

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Leamington Spa (2x Per week)/Remote
• Day Rate: Up to £550 Per Day (Inside IR35)
