Trader Assistant - London - Financial Services

Trader Assistant required by my client, a leading financial services company in London.

You will help support the day-to-day market making operations of the desk and working very closely with desk heads, you would help with the P&L attribution, risk reporting and trade processing.

The role also offers the potential to move into a trading seat over the medium term.

Key requirements:

• Batchelor's or Master's degree within a STEM subject
• Any exposure to Financial Markets, Derivatives or Risk Management as part of academic studies would be advantageous
• VBA and/or Python technical skills
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work as part of a small team, within a very busy and pressurised environment
