The Role

As a Funds Transactional Associate, you will work on sophisticated fund structures across sectors such as private equity, credit, special situations, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure funds. This role offers exposure to complex transactional matters and the opportunity to collaborate closely with leading practitioners in the field.

You will be instrumental in advising on a range of transactions, including portfolio secondaries, preferred equity, GP-led continuation vehicles, and other strategic initiatives within the funds practice.

Requirements

• 1-3 PQE

• Ability to manage complex transactions and collaborate effectively with clients and counterparties.

• Strong academic background and understanding of legal and market best practices in fund formation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
