For our Finance department in our office in Vienna, Austria, we are looking for a:

Your future role:

  • Ensure transfer pricing compliance reports completed timely. Preparation of master file, local files and ensure compliance with all local country rules and submission deadlines. Ensure that country by county notifications are filed timely.
  • Ensure benchmarking studies prepared by external advisors for related party transactions are obtained, reviewed and managed as needed for transfer pricing reports and/or local file.
  • Assist in providing information to foreign tax advisors preparing foreign transfer pricing reports.
  • Detail review of actual and forecasted cost allocation and ensure compliant with tax laws.
  • Give support and advise the different internal stakeholders on the implementation of intercompany transactions according to the applicable rules.
  • Coordination and drafting of new intercompany agreements.
  • Review of the Benefit Test analysis on a yearly basis.
  • Review of the Global Transfer Pricing Policy annually.
  • Support for international tax audits as requested.
  • Implementation of future transfer pricing reporting requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the transfer pricing area, including improvements of existing transfer pricing reporting tool and transfer pricing intercompany transaction matrix tool, as well as identification and implementation of additional automation projects.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing in comparable industry experience.
  • Previous experience with working with or in other countries in tax related position a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax concepts.
  • Good research and writing skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate, orally and writing, including the ability to explain complex information and develop persuasive arguments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GlobalDoc and Hyperion.
