What's involved with this role: Interim UAT Test Manager - IT Services K&C Key Requirements:- Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
- Previous experience working in Local Authority
- Previous Test Manager experience
- Proven experience managing UAT activities for complex software such as CRM
- Extensive experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within complex projects.
- Use of one or more established project and programme methodologies e.g. Agile, Prosci Practitioner.
The purpose of the role is to manage and co-ordinate the UA testing activities with representatives from the business.

- Stakeholder Management.
- Test Script Creation and Execution.
- Issue Identification and Resolution.
- Support and Engagement of Testers.
- Reporting and Documentation (Test Reports).
- Continuous Improvement Management.
