UI/UX Designer

Location: Manchester (2 days onsite)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000, DOE

We're working with an innovative and fast-growing brand and digital agency undergoing rapid expansion after securing a range of exciting new projects.

This international agency, with a design hub in Manchester, is seeking an experienced UI-UX Designer to join their talented, collaborative, and supportive team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile projects for global brands, working on both established and new (greenfield) initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products.
• Assess and enhance current interfaces and websites, focusing on both UX and UI improvements.
• Design visually engaging experiences for customer-facing applications across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Transform wireframes into creative, original mock-ups that resonate with users.
• Develop compelling, attractive designs that maintain brand identity and visual consistency.
• Work closely with product team members to understand and interpret project requirements.
• Support the marketing team with designs for emails, promotions, online ads, and marketing materials as needed.
• Develop foundational design systems for projects, including modules, components, and style sheets.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Familiarity with other creative tools such as Miro, Zeplin, and Maze is preferred.
• Experience using prototyping tools like Sketch and Figma to communicate ideas, test with users, and iterate based on feedback.
• Active involvement in concept development and design ideation.
