About This Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to be an early crew member at a growth-stage company led by some of the most seasoned and successful leaders in the real estate and travel space. As Vice President of Acquisitions, you are responsible for overseeing the company's property acquisitions pipeline and processes. Being a member of a small team, you'll enjoy thinking broadly and strategically while executing quickly and tactically, having a direct impact on the company's results.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the identification and underwriting of single-family property acquisitions in all markets globally.
  • Source and maintain in-market agent and investor relations in-line with company values.
  • Manage a team of in-market associates.
  • Establish acquisition offer and purchase monitoring metrics.
  • Create and prepare valuation models for potential acquisitions.
  • Research and analyze numerous submarkets, both from the desk and "in the field", to gain intimate knowledge of targeted market opportunities.
  • Track sales and listing activities in each of your region's submarkets.
  • Conduct and coordinate due diligence activities of potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare and present investment package materials to Pacaso's Investment Committee.
  • Participate in various analytical projects required in the Acquisitions Department.

You'll Be a Great Fit if You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Real Estate/ Acquisitions field.
  • Sound fundamental knowledge of financial analysis / real estate valuations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability in interpersonal and business communications.
  • Single family acquisitions experience required.
  • Plenty of travel may be required.
