Vice President, Product Lead -
The Vice President, Product Lead- will own the development and execution of a product strategy aligned with s strategic goals and Expedia Group s broader business objectives. This leader will operate as part of a dedicated, cross-functional team, working closely with the General Manager (GM), CPO/CTO and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive brand differentiation, market share expansion, and profitable growth.

What you will do:
- Customer-Centric Product Vision & Strategy
- Champion the Voice of Traveler across all stages of product development, ensuring customer needs drive key decisions.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with s growth goals, Expedia Group s broader strategy, and evolving market dynamics.
- Product Lifecycle Execution & Operational Excellence
- In partnership with cross-functional leaders (GM, CPO/CTO and other stakeholders), this role will focus on developing a cohesive product roadmap that aligns with our strategic priorities, financial objectives, and brand goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to post-launch - ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with standards, and efficient time-to-market.
- Innovation & Market Insights
- Stay ahead of market trends and proactively shape customer expectations through insights from competitive analysis and feedback loops.
- Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and innovation, integrating the latest technologies to maintain s market leadership.
- Internal Evangelism & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead storytelling efforts that build alignment and momentum across departments, creating excitement around product strategies.
- Act as a product evangelist, fostering collaboration with engineering, marketing, finance, and supply teams to drive cohesive execution.
- Customer Experience & Brand Differentiation
- Deliver a seamless, personalized customer experience that enhances brand loyalty and drives retention.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across the traveler journey by monitoring breakpoints and optimizing cross-funnel performance through analytics.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in defining and executing product strategies that drive growth and innovation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to inspire and align diverse teams.
- Knowledge and experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or technology industries preferred.
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
