Vice President (VP) Western Europe (M/F/X)

As the world's leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with 72 offices in 68 countries, AVIAREPS represents airlines as well as destinations, hotels, attractions, airports, cars, trains, cruise lines, retailers, and import/export organizations, and offers a full suite of B2B and B2C services which includes sales & reservations, marketing, digital, and PR programs.

Location: Remote (Europe, preferably UK or Germany)

Are you an ambitious leader with a passion for travel and aviation, ready to bring fresh ideas and make a big impact? We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Western Europe to drive our growth and strengthen our market position. In this role, you'll lead General Managers across key Western European markets, with a focus on the travel industry, sales, marketing, and consultancy. If you have experience as a Sales Manager or General Manager and are ready for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and strengthen AVIAREPS' position in Western Europe.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate General Managers in multiple locations, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients across the region, ensuring high service standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee financial planning and budgeting to ensure regional profitability and sustainability.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while promoting AVIAREPS' services in line with market trends.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent AVIAREPS at key industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance our visibility and network.
What You Bring:
  • Proven leadership experience in the travel, aviation, marketing or consultancy sectors, with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate high-level client relationships.
  • Solid financial management expertise, including budgeting and performance tracking.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aviation and travel industries.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Western Europe.
