Job Description
We have a fantastic vacancy to provide day to day administrative support of the Operations/Production department. This role Includes sales order processing, manufacturing paperwork, supply chain management, stock control, logistics.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo ensure appropriate paperwork for customer orders is produced. (production orders/ delivery notes)Liaise with Sales team and the customers in order to keep information flow regarding ordersUse the SAP system to complete production paperwork in order that stock activity is accurate and customer orders can be dispatchedTo deal with delivery issues from customers that arise from Carriers - obtain POD's where required.To coordinate with the company's warehouse staff and customers for collection of orderGeneral administration duties for the department comprising of filing, printing, scanning etcAssist in the company's goods returned procedure and customer complaints as necessaryAssist in the company's logistics requirements, including purchase orders, raising commercial invoices & organising couriers for both domestic and international ordersKey skills and competenciesProficient in the use of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel & SAP SystemsExperience working within an office environmentWillingness to learn and a can-do attitude.Excellent written and oral communication skillsGood numeracy skillsAbility to build rapport with people at all levelsPersonal CharacteristicsHighly organised, able to multitask & prioritise workload.Self motivated, determinedCapable of working on own initiativePunctual, reliable, and professionalSkills:AdministrationSAPMicrosoft
