Perform Installation, repair and maintain the products and system equipment at customer site.
Troubleshoot all level problems on site or remotely and provide root cause analysis.
Perform in-house repairs.
Perform any field service and create oriented sales opportunities and maintain a confident customer relationship for the company.
Provide technical support to or work with local channels for customer issues or sales opportunities.
Communicate with local or oversea supply chain about the customer issues.
Make pre-job planning package prior to deployment to site.
Submit detailed service reports and expense reports and perform administrative functions relating to billing and records.
Comply with all applicable compliance, quality, environmental, health and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2yrs of experience to support automated systems with a sophisticated level of electro- mechanical skills.
Experience with electrical schematics / wiring diagrams.
Skilled in the use of standard electrical test instruments.
Have Electrical / Electro-mechanical Engineering Degree
Familiar with machining and assembly process.
Have good relationship with customers to solve field problems and satisfy customers.
