We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between Workday and other enterprise systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's integration capabilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integration solutions using Workday's integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and technical design documents.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday's integration capabilities and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration developers.
- Participate in integration testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with Workday functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Workday modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday integration development and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.
- Experience with web services, REST, SOAP, XML, and other integration technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Workday certification in Integration is a plus.
- Experience with other HRIS systems and their integration with Workday.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements related to HR data.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation technologies.
