PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

This is an exciting opportunity to join our SAP Product Support team. From the SAP office located in Vienna you will provide functional and technical support to our customers worldwide, perform root cause analysis and report errors to SAP Development organization.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

What a day in a life of an SAP Support Engineer looks like:

• Engaging with customers by utilizing ticket system, real-time channels and tools
• Liaising with development and field teams to identify applicationerrors and missing product functionalities for future releases
• Analyzing incidents, perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify andsolve complex technical issues
• Providing timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to SAPcustomers according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Documenting solutions to known issues and consulting questions to be posted to both internal and external knowledge bases
• Act as a liaison between our Product Management and Engineeringteams
• Collaborating with other employees, sharing knowledge and process mprovement suggestions

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Student /Graduate in Computer Engineering or TelecommunicationEngineering (other Technology or Scientific degrees will be alsoconsidered)
• Spoken and written German and English language skills are required.
• Customer and quality focus
• Open and professional communication style
• Fast learner with IT affinity
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of programming languages.

This position is highly client-focused and fast-paced with no one day the same.

As an attactive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current 'Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik', a minimum of 2396€ gross/month/full time, in addtion to generous additional benefits.
