The Role

As an Investment Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on the structuring, formation, and regulation of private funds. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Advising clients on the structuring and formation of private investment funds
2. Providing regulatory guidance on fund management and compliance matters
3. Drafting and reviewing fund documentation, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription documents
4. Collaborating with cross-practice teams on complex fund-related transactions
5. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships by offering tailored, practical legal solutions

Your Profile

1. Qualified solicitor (E&W) with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in investment funds
2. Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
4. In-depth knowledge of fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and financial laws relevant to private funds
5. Strong academic background and excellent written communication skills
