IT SERVICE DESK ENGINEER - 1ST LINE ANALYST SCUNTHORPESALARY - Up to £28k DoE

Your new role
Hays Technology in Hull is currently working with a service provider based in Scunthorpe who are looking to expand their IT Support team. The successful candidate will join a brilliant team who are responsible for supplying business-changing solutions to hundreds of customers.

What you'll need to succeed:

• A huge passion for IT and technology.
• Minimum 1 Years' Experience in a similar role.
• Strong organisation & communication skills.
• A friendly, approachable, can-do attitude.
• Good commercial and business awareness
• The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.)
• Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.)
• Windows Desktop Troubleshooting
• Security Knowledge (Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, MFA Technologies)
