My client is one London's leading managed service providers specializing in the SME Market. They know that our people are the key to our success and make sure they appreciate and reward everyone's contribution. They are in the market for a proven Managed Services 2nd Line Support Engineer for a role that is a mix of field based onsite support work and remote service desk work.

As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have a proven client facing MSP background, comfortable both in a remote service desk role as well as being out in the field and on client sites. It goes without saying that alongside your technical skills you wil be an outstanding communicator driven by customer service.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be a natural troubleshooter with a passion for technology and a broad range of technical skills across technology such as Windows Server , O365, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Networking, Firewall, Router, Switch, Backup.
