We're looking for experienced 2nd Line Support professionals to join a leading MSP, that values their employees and aim to always provide exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Resolve IT issues through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Dive into exciting projects and help onboard new clients.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-5 years in an MSP or similar environment.
• Mastery of Windows (Active Directory), server management (Hyper-V, VMware, Dell), VDI (Citrix, RDS), networking (switches, firewalls), and backups (Veeam, off-site).
• Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
