3-month Interim 2nd Line Support contract

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

Rate: £200.00 per day

Location: Derby

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide break-fix and hardware diagnostics.
• Build and configure laptops and desktops.
• Operate the Tech Bar three times a week on a rota basis.
• Handle software BAU tasks, working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.

Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance.
• Proven experience in hardware diagnostics and break-fix.
• Proficiency in building and configuring laptops and desktops.
• Experience in providing 2nd line support and remote desktop services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
