Job Description
What You'll Do:
  • Lead Strategic Sales Cycles - Drive complex, enterprise-level sales processes from initial discovery through contract negotiation and successful closure.

  • Consultative Solution Selling - Develop deep understanding of client challenges and demonstrate how XYB's platform solves critical business problems for financial institutions.

  • Executive Engagement - Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.

  • Revenue Acceleration - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Market Intelligence - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to position XYB's solutions effectively.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Pipeline Management - Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM to ensure visibility and predictability of revenue.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or SaaS environments.

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing deals with financial institutions.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial services, and regulatory landscape.

  • Experience navigating lengthy, multi-stakeholder decision processes typical in enterprise financial organizations.

  • Data-driven approach to sales strategy with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
