Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 280 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add an Onboarding Supervisor to our outstanding team.

The Onboarding Supervisor's primary function is to oversee and facilitate the onboarding of new clients to the Outsourced Accounting and Finance Services group. This role involves guiding clients through the setup process, ensuring that all necessary documentation, systems, and procedures are in place for successful account management. The Onboarding Supervisor will also utilize advanced accounting skills to clean up and organize historical financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What makes you a fit for this role?

• 5+ years of experience in private/public accounting, CPA preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Yardi Voyager a plus
• Ability to follow quality standards to execute on desired goals in a fast-paced environment
• A strong team player using a persuasive and collaborative communication style
• Ability to motivate, engage, and coach teammates
• Demonstrated record of strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
