About The Function

Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 280 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a Client Accounting Supervisor to our outstanding team.

Outsourced Accounting Services is designed to support clients in effectively recording transactions and producing accurate financial reports that are used by management teams and business owners. Client Accounting Supervisors are given a wide variety of accounting assignments under the direction of the Manager of the Outsourced Accounting Services Group.

The focus of this job is on producing high quality detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and a well-defined process. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from team members.

What makes you a fit for this role?

• 3+ years of experience in private or public accounting, CPA preferred
• Deep understanding of accounting. Experience with QuickBooks and/or Yardi Voyager a plus
• Ability to work on multiple clients each month.
• Ability to follow quality standards to execute on desired goals in a fast-paced environment
• A strong team player using a persuasive and collaborative communication style
• Ability to work independently and proactively, identifying issues as well as offering potential solutions
• Demonstrated record of strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Comfortable with changing technology
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
