Admin Assistant - Booking systems experience required (30 hours/week)
Hours: Part time - 30 hours a week over 4 days
Pay: £14-15/hour PAYE
Duration: until the end of Nov 2024
Location: Wirral
My client based in the Wirral requires an Administrative Assistant to join on a contract until the end of November. This role will be a supportive function for a Consumer Testing programme for a wide range of studies. The administration assistant role combines customer service, data management and general administration. The job will include contributing to the effective and efficient running of the Consumer Centre by arranging appointments, maintaining databases, assisting consumers both in person and over the phone, and working with scientific staff to enable the efficient running of studies.
Candidates from a medical background who have used booking systems, dealing with personal health data would be ideal for this. Those who have worked with booking systems in hotel/medical practice/banking settings could also be a good fit.
