Administration Assistant - Full Time
Overview
One of our growing clients are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate must have:
- Excellent skills in Excel and Word
- Experience with Sage 50, particularly in managing suppliers
- Strong IT skills

Salary and Benefits
- £28,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
- Holiday allowance of 28 days, including bank holidays (with an additional 2 days after 2 years of service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days)
- Work from home on Fridays
- Great office location in the vibrant Salford Quays
- Working hours: 8am - 4pm (37.5 hours per week with a half-hour lunch break)
- Yearly bonus scheme paid out in December
Roles and Responsibilities
- General office administration
- General Bookkeeping duties
- IT support, including assistance with laptops and phones
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders (in collaboration with the Manager and Admin)
- Assisting the Managing Director as and when required
