Job Description

The Vienna School of Interdisciplinary Dentistry, VieSID, is a non-for-profit, international organisation in the field of dental medicine offering postgraduate education for dentists from all over the world.

Our office is located in Klosterneuburg Kierling, Austria, and the courses are mainly held at the University Clinic of Dentistry Vienna.

As a support to our team for the course organization, we are recruiting an

Administrative Assistant /Event organizer


Aufgaben
  • Contact person for the courses' participants, caring for their registration in our courses and events, addressing questions and troubleshooting, supporting with their Visa's application, if needed and issuing invoices
  • Logistic support to the courses and events, including reservation of the rooms, organization of the technical equipment, reservation of the catering, preparing course materials.
  • Logistic and administrative support to the lecturers and participants before and during the courses
  • General office administration including telephone and e-mail correspondence

Profil

You are a flexible and reliable team player, who is interested in working in an international environment in a dynamic working atmosphere. Beside your friendly, professional and customer-oriented personality, you are well organized and precise. You are a practical and solution-focused person. You are supportive to our organisation team wherever help is needed. You are available to work over the weekend, occasionally. Additionally, you meet the following requirements:

  • High-school diploma, possibly with commercial training (preferable)
  • Working experience in project or event management (preferable)
  • Advanced user of the MS Office package (mandatory)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Good written and spoken German (preferable)
  • Knowledge of additional languages (appreciated)

Salary

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,500 gross per month on a full-time basis. Negotiation is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
