Administrative Assistant
This client is based in Reading town centre.
They are seeking an Administrative Assistant who has experience of working in a busy office environment. The role involves business administration tasks, front of house duties, assisting the Partners' PA and operational support to the departmental teams.
This role is based in the office.
Candidates must have:

Experience with business administration processes.
•
Excellent keyboard skills.
•
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and data base systems.
•
A confident telephone manner and welcoming disposition to visitors.
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Be a good team player.
•
Be smartly presented.
•
Be keen to develop their role within a professional working environment.
