Job Description

An Administrator vacancy is now available with my Hoddesdon based client, this is working in the Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental department although they are not looking for experience / knowledge in this area.

Full training is provided but previous Administration experience is needed.

As the new Administrative Assistant, you will be required to revise, generate, and maintain QHSE records. This involves reviewing records, consolidating into reports, and contacting suppliers to seek further information.

Proficiency in Word and editing is essential in this role. Opportunities for gaining qualifications within QHSE will be available for suitable candidates.

What I need from you;

Previous office experience

Good communication, verbal and written

Time management ability

Organisation skillsExcellent attention to detail

Competent user of Microsoft office

There can be flexibility here for either part-time or full-time hours, these can be discussed in initial stages.

Hourly rate is £13 per hour along with;

23 days holiday,

Death in service x 3,

Pension
