Job Description

We're looking for a AftercareManager to join our Eastern and Midlands team based inNottingham.

Location:Nottingham

What will you be responsiblefor?

As Aftercare Manager , you'll be working within the Eastern and Midlandsteam , supporting them in ensuring long termclient relationships

Your day to day willinclude:

  • You will have the ability to identify andrectify defects from conception through tocompletion:
  • Assessreported defects and create logs and reports of any and all defectsthat require remedial action to betaken.
  • Deliverwork that meets project requirements, customer satisfactionand in accordance with Kier Standards
  • Appoint,instruct and manage sub contractors to carry out works and ensuresafety and quality standards aremaintained.
  • Communicatewith clients and agree actions and timescales for any remedialworks to be undertaken.

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Aftercare Manager is great for youif:

  • You will be educated to degree orHNC/HND level in a relevant technicaldiscipline or hold a relevant tradequalification. Experienceof delivering works on large scale commercial projects( nonresidential ) in the capacity of Aftercare / Site / Project /Quality Manager.
  • Y ou will ideally have amulti-skilled trade background, experience in many types ofbuilding construction and will be committed to completing works100% safely.

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First AidCertification
  • Full UK DrivingLicense
  • IT literate - able to utiliserelevant software
