We're looking for a Site Agent to join our NaturalResources, Nuclear and Networks Regional Civils team based in theMidlands/South.

Location:Midlands/South - travel required

Contract:Permanent, Full-time

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Site Agent, you'll be working within the NaturalResources, Nuclear and Networks team, reporting to the ProjectManager you will support them in delivering a programme ofworks spanning the Canal & River Trust, and similar naturedclients with river, canal, and reservoir assets. Projects will varyfrom emergency schemes, maintenance, and capitalworks.

Your day to day will include:

• Be responsible for the performanceof the site as Senior site lead, as well as line management dutiesof Site Engineers and Foreman.
• Implementation and monitoring ofSHE policies and procedures of direct and supply chain workforce,along with site incident management /escalation.
• Plan and measure day to day work activities for effectiveutilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet short-termand contract programme milestones.
• Identify opportunities to increasevalue through effective change management, ensuring Instructionsare received and processed to realise a change to Target Cost asapplicable.
• Draft the Construction Phase Plan, and other sitedocumentation, for approval by the Project Manager as well asdeveloping and maintaining quality standards set out in the ProjectExecution Plan and Inspection and Testing Plan(ITP).

What are we lookingfor?

This role of Site Agent is great for youif:

• Industry experience working on capital projects such asdams, rivers and canals.
• 5 Day - Site Managers SafetyTraining Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate.
• Hold full UK DrivingLicence.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, and MicrosoftOffice.
• Knowledge of NEC4 contract, CEMAR and Health & Safetylegislation, including CDM regulations.
