What Will I Be Doing?

Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Agriculture Account Manager to join their team, with opportunities available across England and Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with farmers, ensuring the efficient operation of farm businesses, and contributing to the overall success of the Group.

What Do I Need?

  • Degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in farm management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain genuine relationships with farmers.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel between locations as required.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.
