Analog / Mixed-Signal Design Engineer (f/m/div)

In your new role you will:
- be the first point of contact for customers, drive requirement discussion and define concepts for HSIO IP development
- offer consulting to customers on most fitting standard and circuital solution based on their needs
- represent the company in various standardization bodies, ranging from automotive to die-to-die applications
- take first architectural choices based on requirements
- coordinate power integrity/signal integrity analysis
- offer integration guidelines and support to customer
- support integration of 3rd party IPs in bigger SoCs
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- a university degree (MSc or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, plus 10+ years of experience in high-speed wireline architecture or high-speed wireline design
- a solid understanding of basic high speed wireline concepts such as voltage/current mode drivers, clock-and-data recovery, FFE, DFE,CTLE, adaptive algorithms, sampler sensitivity
- a solid understanding of wireline clocking concepts and are familiar with jitter and phase noise specifications
- experience with with timing and voltage budgeting
- solid interpersonal and communication skills and are willing to support and mentor younger colleagues in the definition phase of a project
- The following skills represent a plus: Fluency in German, Simulink/Matlab proficiency, solid networking in standardization bodies
